The dissertation devoted to the psychological determinants of development of the person of the manager, condition and factors influencing to efficiency of the given process, investigated the directions of productive problem solving of development of the person of the manager in conditions of educational process are determined. The obtained outcomes and recommendations enable on qualitative a new level to decide particular problems of development of the person of the manager and can be used for refinement of the programs and techniques of professional preparation of the students of economic specialities, in professional activity of the experts engaging direct administrative activity.
