Research object: is the investment projects at the metallurgical plants of "Donetsk metallurgical plant" joint stock company and at the Mariupol metallurgical plant "Ilycha" Purpose of research: is to develop the theoretical conception and the instruments of the effective investment management at the large scale plants. Methods of research are: system analysis; modelling; factor and graphic analysis; structure synthesis. Results: new approach was proposed to determine the priorities of investment process development in the conditions of transformation economy; the system of priorities of complex effectivity estimation of investment projects in large scale industry (LSI) was developed; it has the multistage structure; productive economic and mathematical model of multifactor estimation of investment risks effectivity was devepoped on the basis of national economic approach. It was adjusted to the conditions of the large scale industry (LSI); the sustem of factors was modified to determine the level ofi nvestment risks; connections omong factors of risk and factors of effectivity of investment projects were established. Novelty: the approach was proposed on the basis of optimal merge of financial sources to determine the priorities in the development of investment processes in the conditions of transformation economy; the system of principles of (LSI) investment projects effectivity estimation was developed; complex model and investment decisions making methodics was developed on the basis of technical, financial, institutional analysises, risk analysis, analysis of budget effectivity estimation. They let us give a proof of the decision to attract the external financial sources to the (LSI); systematization of risk factors was modified; methodic approach was concretized to estimate the influence of risk factors on the effectivity of investment activity in (LSI); productive economic and mathematical model of multifactor estimation of investment projects effectivity was developed.
