Тhe dissertation is devoted to quеstions of research and devolopment of the software of preventive establishments in medicine. The functional scheme of complex informatization of polyclinic is chosen. There are developed information model for the operative control of work of polyclinic, the techmique of the statistical analysis of the data card of patient and algorithms of support of acceptance of the decisions at modelling process of treatment of a patient.
