The thesis covers the peculiarities of blood hemorheology and microcirculation which depends on clinical course, period of rheumathologic disease with autoimmune and immunocomplex mechanism of development as well as assessment of information criteria of hemocoagulative disorders taking into account of marcers of vascular endothelium disorders. The dynamic function of trombocytes and erythrocytes, ristocetin activity, antithrombin III activity are the information indices of gemocoagulation in patients with SLE, RA and SS. In patients with SV Hageman - dependent fibrinolysis, level of soluble fibrin - monomeasuring complexes, antitrombin III, ristoocetin co-factor are thoses indices. It has been determined that complex therapy with basic medecines in combinations with desagregants, anticoagulants, enzymic medecines (wobenzym), extracorporal methods influences the regress of clinical- laboratory symptomatology. The use of wobenzym in supportive therapy makes unnecessary the administration of desagregant a nd anticoagulant therapy.
