Essay

Dissertation work devoted for prognosis and profilactic of complications of surgical treatment spinal cord tumors. The work deals with dates of prognosis and profilactics of pneumonia, huge hemorhages, acute cardial and vascular insuficiency, death of patients. It was singled out the main prognostic features of this grave complications. Lung training, bronhcial tree lavage, preventive antibioticotherapy, using operative microscope, treatment of spinal cord edema, hemodinamic correction - the using of preventive technique was possible to lover the pneumonia rate to 26,7%, vascular insuficiency to 13,9%, hemorhage to 28,1%, delth to 3,6%.
