Essay

Determined the changes of bone tissue that are usual for osteoporosis in 59 percent of persons, with the age of 65 or more years in cases of fractures of neck of shin. Determined the deferential results with the regard to endoprosthetic appliance in consideration to the age, the level of osteoporosis, the form of proximal separation of shin bone and the activity of a patient. There were determined the results of implementation of different types of unipolar prosthetics. There was approved the necessity to implement the bone's cement in case of unipolar prosthetic appliance upon osteoporosis existence.
