The thesis is dedicated to theoretical and applied problems of an enterprise marketing activity. The contens, basic features, and problems of diagnostics of an enterprise marketing activity are determined. Usage of imitation modelling methods and expert systems by diagnostic analysis are substatiated. Methods of qualitative diagnostics based upon an expert system are worked out. A complex of questions connected to aspects of methodical realisation are decided. Basic results of the thesis have been introduced at industrial enterprises
