Litvishko V. The Functional treatment of humerus diaphyseal fractures

104 patients with diaphysial humerus fractures. Aim: to substantiate and to improve methods of functional humerus fractures treatment. Methods - clinical, radiological, radiometric, statistical. A new knowledges about distribution of people according the sizes of a shoulder has been obtained; a set type-size of orthesis has been created. Reduction has been achieved in theposition when the extremity hands down ( 91 % of the patients). This method guarantees the effect of elastic and steady fixation of breaks. A new construction of oethesis has been worked out. Positive results has been obtained in 98 % cases. These methods are introduced to Kharkov's traumatological departmenrs : Мedical Unit № 4, Мedical Unit Kharkov Tractor Plant, Municipal primary care clinical , Chuguev's central hospital.
