Tkachov V. Breast cancer pathomorphosis for using combination treatment with blood intravessel laser-raying.

The object of research: The women has a breanst cancer. The purpose of research: to study pathomorphosis of a breast cancer in conditions of beam therapy and intravascular of a laser irradiation of blood (BIRL) about definition of effeciency them antiblastomic of action. Methods of rescarch and equipment: hystological, morphometrical, statistical, hemotological, endocrinological, immunological; microscope, microvolume, intravascular the laser, personal computer. Theoretical results and novelty: are extended and the existing knowledge of biological action of low energetic of a laser irradiation of blood on the patients by a breast cancer is profoung which has positive influence on a primary tumour, regional lymphatic units, improves hematological, endocrinic, homeostatis of immunologic, that allows to use BIRL in a combination to beam therapy at a general(common) doze X-ray of anirradiation on 10-12 Gr. Below that at his(its) separate use. Practical meaning(importance) and novelty: the received esults s peak, that BIRL at the patients a breast cancer is aduvants of therapy, strengthening X-ray action of an irradiation, and also acts unspecific immunomodulating, raising of resistance. A degree of introduction: the publications, reports at scientific conferences, congresses, use in teaching a rate pathology and oncology. Efficientcy of introduction: a deepening of knowlenge about antiblastic action of a laser irradiation. Sphere of use: oncology, pathological anatomy.
