Essay

Structural manifestations of induced pathomorphosis of chronic gastritis in persons influenced by "Chernobyl factor" were degined. Intensification of ageing processes in gastric mucousa in patients with radiation factor in annamnesis was revealed. Hypothetical schemes of patho- and morpfogenesis of violations in gastric and duodenal mucousa in chronic gastritis in liquidatiors were suggested. Recommendations about optimisation of pathological diagnostics, treatment and prophylactics of mentioned contingent were formulated with taking into consideration disease patgomorohosis.
