The kinetic pattern of the thermasl decomposition of 2-OEP in the presence of reductants is determined. For the first time the detailes of the interaction of the components of system with the metal surface is determined. The scheme of reduction of the 2-OEP by metal ions in the lower degree of oxidation in the presence of ascorbic acid is proposed. The quantum- chemical calculation of electron-spatial structure of the 2-OEP and coordinate of homolytic decomposition of the O-O bond is calculated. The possibility of using of the proposed initiated system for the synthesis of the polymer films on the base of methyl ether of the perfluorovinyloxyperfluorobutane acid is shown.
