Naumova O. Morphofunctional condition of kidneys of fetuses from the mothers with late gestosis, diabetes mellitus (I type), chronic glomerulonephritis in conditions of the Kharkov region

The thesis is devoted to questions of the мorphogenesis of fetus kidneys in conditions of the burdened course of pregnancy at the mothers with late gestosis, diabetes mellitus (I type), chronic glomerulonephritis. The attributes of a delay of maturing and infringement of the differentiation of the renal tissue are revealed; focal degenerative, proliferate and fibroplastic changes of the glomeruli with formation of the immune complexes, the attributes of the activation of the collagen synthesis are found. The results of statistical research of inherent defects of the urinary system for 1981-1996 years are received. On the Kharkov region, which testify to the tendency to increase of absolute amount of inherent defects last years, mainly at the expense of tissue dysplasia, which development depends first of all on level of the mother pathological condition.
