.Tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase from Thermus thermophilus.The physical-chemical properties of the tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase and the interaction sites of the tRNATyr with tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase in solution. The research methods and equpment are biochemical and molecular-biological methods. Theoretical and practical results are pyrification and characterization of the protein and determination the interaction sites of the tRNATyr with synthetase in the solution. Novetly - the correlation between the thermostability and properties of the structure and function of the tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase is analysed and the interaction mode of tRNATyr with tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase in solution is determined. This results are the basis for structural investigation the tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase. A branch of application - biochemical and molecular-biological laboratories. 6156
