Essay

The test of determination of functional state of femur quadriceps muscle medial head was proposed. Muscle disorders in case of OА of the knee were found to be caused by formation of myofascial trigger points in periarticular zone and in distance of knee joint and their role in pathogenesis of pain syndrome in case of OA of the knee was determined. Combined use of niflumic acid drugs applications and microwave therapy heightens the effectiveness of treatment, stabilizes the indices of local blood circulation, improves joint functional possibilities and increases essentially duration of an unpain period.
