Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the establishment of the basic regularity of the morphofunctional reorganisation of the myocardinal microhaemocirculation channel and hystoheamal barrier at hypercholesterolemyand coronary incyfficiency and to analyse their roles in the pathogenesis of chronic ischemic heart disease. It is established, that in the pathogenesis of chronic ischemic heart disease the important role of the periphery barrier for myocardial blood flow has typical morphofumctional equivalents. It is shown, that the reduction of the myocardial trophis microvessels is caused by the intravasal, intramural and extravasal factors and is tightly bound with the reorganization of the hystoheamal barrier. It is established, that the combination of various pathological influences, which were used in the modeling of this disease creates potentional effect with an increasing degree of microcirculation infringement. It is established that some unstable changes are reversible, but some are irreversible, when treatment is applied.
