Essay

For the pseudohyperbolic equation the singular optimization theory is built and some special numerical methods are suggested. Existence and uniqueness of solution of the boundary value problem is investigated. The conditions of existence of optimal control and controllability by the right part and the coefficients of equation are obtained. The gradient of performance criterion is received. The stability of the gradient based methods of optimal control is investigated.
