Metodological and organizational aspects of forming prices in the field and offers the conception of forming and fixing municipal service tariffs. The thesis proposes some models of computer applied programmes for systematic economic analysis of the operation of municipal dwelling enterprises. Some of other achievements are: development of the proposals as to the changes in the current classification of the capital funds, estimation of their grouping expendiency according with the goal of municipal dwelling enterprises; solving of organizational and methodological problems of automated office of an accountant use. .
