Essay

The dissertation considers the development of metallic constructions type frames technical condition universal simulative model. The explored object represents an automobile semitrailer. An analysis of semitrailers frames typical ruptures zones dislocation is provided as well as the estimation of such ruptures probability. A computer simulated model for construction type welded frame stressed-stained state is created. The model allows to take into consideration the stochastic character of frame's damages caused by low-forecast conditions of semitrailer production and exploitation as well as these damages determined character because of their constructional particularities. An accurate verification of this model statistical adequacy to the results of on-stand testing is provided. This work issued results got confirmation at the Scientific researcher Institute testing ground for mobile equipment and were admitted to bringing into production at OdAZ - Tekhcenter enterprize.
