Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the subject (problem) of operative therapy of the humerus diaphysis fractures and their aftor - action by intramedullary fixator. The suggestid method was studied from the point of vief of biomechanics by means of theoretical calculations and mathematical modelling. It was established that fixator excludes the possibility of the second dislocation of the fragments, provides prolonget compression and the early restorative therapy without immobilization of the operative extremity. While its clinical applyins there was obtained a high per cent of good and satisfactory results of treatment due to unification of the regenerative period of bone tissue with the period of restoring function of the operative extremity.
