Experimental methods and devices of relaxation spectrophotometry in biopolymers. Purpose of study - a development of the methods of analysis and control of the kinetic processes in biopolymers under different environmental conditions, based on two-beam differential spectrophotometry of biopolymers in solution in conditions of periodical alternating temperatures. Methods of analysis and control of the kinetic processes in biopolymers under different environmental conditions has been suggested. Designed and are introduced in the industrial device production for automatic measurements of thermophysical parameters of thermoelements. Thermoelectrical cells of the spectrophotometer and measuring device for the kinetics study heat denaturatiоn and renaturation of biopolymers in solution have been designed. The proposed methods may be used for the study of the influence of different environmental factors on the conformational transformations of biological macromolecules resulting in their functional activity.
