Investigation purpose: The influence of Arnica montana tincture on the state of oxidant and antioxidant system of the rats" organism in condition of oxidant stress (single irradiation in a dose of 0,5 Gr, experimental erosive-ulcer affection of gastroduodenal area, toxic hepatitis) were established. Investigation methods: biochemistry, chemistry. Theoetical and practical results, novelty: The state of lipid peroxidation and the function of antioxidant system in blood and liver of rats in condition of single irradiation in a dose of 0,5 Gr, experimental erosive-ulcer affection of gastroduodenal area, toxic hepatitis and correction influence of Arnica montana tincture were established. The antioxidant properties of Arnica tincture and possibility of use it in medicine as an antioxidant remedy were shown. Degree of application: it is planned.
