The thesis is based on the analysis of 193 observations of patients with brain injury of different kinds of severity complicated by posttraumatic hydrocephalus. The optimum differentiated tactics of treatment in posttraumatic hydrocephalus using the surgical methods of liquor dynamics correction in different periods of injury is elaborated.
