The paper presents world tendencies and prospects of development of big enterprises strategic planning and especially oil enterprises. It determines the necessity of developing oil industry in Ukraine on the basis of creating joint - stock vertically integrated companies in the structures which will prospect for oil and so on up to oil output, cracking, retineung, storege, transportation and realization of crude oil and oil products. It determines also the necessity of controlling their capital on the basis of shareholding.
