Essay

Object of research - was noisesignal transfer channel of the noise thermometer. The purpose of research - reduction of an error of the noise thermometer caused by distortion of a informative noise signal with transfer one from the primary converter to an input of the measuring device of the thermometer. The theoretical results and novelty - the optimum parameters of the noisesignal transfer channel of the noise thermometer criteria of determined the minimal error and maximal sensitivity of temperature measurement are determined; the dependence of temperature measuremen error of the noise thermometer on frequency range and the transferline length are established. The practical results and novelty - are formulated the recommendations from the choise of parameters of the primary converter and transfer line; the circuits of noise thermometers with correction of an error caused by distortion of a measuring signal with transfer one to the measuring device and imposing of non informative noise signals are off ered. Subject and degree of application - experimental samples of the adjusting circuits for the noise thermometers. The efficiency of introduction - increase of accuracy and reliability of ways of temperature measurement are supposed . The area of use - measurement of temperature in difficult operational conditions, metrological and sciense - research laboratories.
