Essay

The objects of study: 2D electron gas with impurity electron states in magnetic field. The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of local electron states on impurity atoms on properties of collective excitations (magnetoplasma waves and Silin's spin waves) in 2D nonferromagnetic electron system. Methods and equipment are metod of local excitations by I.M. Lifshits and metod of temperature Green functions. New results: tensors of high-frequency conductivity and spin susceptibility were obtained and local electron states were taken into account. There are new branches in magnetoplasma and spin waves spectra. Explanation of splitting of magnetoplasma absorbtion maximum in inversion layers that experimentally observed was proposed. New maximums of section of nonelastic magnetic scattering of neutrons by 2D electron system were predicted.
