3. Patient (100) for rheumatoid arthritis. The questions of heart impairments revealed during clinical сomplex dоplerechocardiographic (DEchoCG)examination of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and the influence of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory preparation diclofenac on the functional state of the heart. DEchoCG with colour scanning enabled to reveal: diastolic dysfunction as a preclinical sign of cardiac insufficiency and a marker of insidious ischemia - in 49% of patients with RA; negative changes of contractive function as a manifestation of autoimmune inflammation - in 27%. of patients; and regurgitations in the valves with (or without) fibrotic impairment in 41% of patients.
