Voloshchuk S. Multiple brain abscesses (clinical features, diagnostics and surgical treatment)

The dissertation is devoted to study of clinical current multiple brain abscesses, various instrumental methods of investigation, different methods of surgical treatment, analysis of a mortality of the patients with an investigated pathology. The most often reason of development of multiple abscesses can be purulent damages ear, nose and throat, pulmonary diseases and cerebral traumas. Clinical manifestations of the multiple abscesses are hypertension syndromes, inflammatory symptomocomplex, multifocal neurological symptoms. The most effective treatment of multiple brain abscesses is the surgical methods, wich includes a combination of various surgical interventions - puncture, drainage and total excision of abscesses
