The data about changes of metabolic profile of blood, intensity of synthetically and energetically processes in skeletal muscles depending on physiological state and nutritional factors are presented. The significant differences differences in utilisation of stearic at and acetic acids, glu- cose and phenylalanine in substrate ensuring of lipid synthesis and energetically processes in skeletal muscles of cows the beginning and at the end of lactation and also at the end of pregnancy have been established and estab-lished that intensity of lipid and protein synthesis and energetically processes in skeletal muscles of cows at the beginning of lactation is lower than at the end particularly during interlactation period.
