Process of sintering mix pelletizing to moistening drumes. Complex dyna- mic model and control method by sintering mix pelletizing are formulated. Me- thods of research and apparatus are theoretic account, mathematical modelling, laboratorial and industrial experiments, analystical and statistical methods of data processing, computer. Fractional void of pilletizing mix layer are increa- sed on 20-25%, height of baking layer are increased with 250-270 mm to 310- 320 mm and fuel expenditure are reduced on 1% on the basis of new control method by sintering mix pelletizing. New complex dynamic model of pelletizing process are formulated for definition of layer fractional void on technological parame- ters of sintering mix at input to moistening drum and addition water quantity on moistening. New control method by sintering mix pelletizing are proposed at maximum it fractional void of layer at output from moistening drum on the basis of optimum ratio of quantities of pelletizing centres and crumpled particl es and moisture, which calculation with the help of model. Model are used on sintering factory of MP of Illich name, technological recommendations are formulated. Ferrous metallurgy are by use sphere.
