Fokas L. Structural changes in industry as a regulating factor of labour force movement.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical, methodological and practical problems on a solution of regulating questions of labour force movement in industry as factor of efficiency increase of industrial production. The conducted research of the tendencies of influence of structural modifications in industry on a condition of its labour forces have allowed developing the mechanism of regulation of these processes. On the theoretical basis are determined static and dynamic characteristics of labour force condition in industry, on the basis of them the technique for an evaluation of a level of equation of labour forces is offered. With the purpose to increase an overall performance of an industry the measures on perfecting the mechanism of regulation of its labour forces are offered.
