Object of research: the quantum crystals of 3Не. Goal of research: the characteristic of the vacancies flow in BCC phase crystals 3Не and the volume of formation of the vacancies are obtained. Methods of research: the measure of a massflow of the helium crystals through a micro-porous film. New experimental results: independence of the vacancies diffusion coefficient from temperature obtained, it is evidence of the quantum mechanism of flow.
