The dissertation is devoted to the problem of working out an automatic control system of complex transversal - wedging rolling. In the work the generalised multiplicative criterion of an evaluation effi-ciency of a complex is justified, the strategies of management directed on increase of operating ratio of metal and productivity are developed. The mathematical models for shaping of the industrial waste during the rolling of details are given; engineering techniques for account of main parameters of the automatic complex are offered, their control systems and the outcomes of industrial use.
