Essay

The spectra of quasiparticles (electrons, holes, phonons, excitons) and electron-phonon interaction dependence on geometric sizes of low-dimensional cylindrical heterosystems is investigated. The existance of two different phonon modes in such systems: confined and interface is obtained. Such investigations show, that the spectra of electron and energy shift of basic state of electron and exciton due to phonons has немонотонний характер .
