We carried out the analysis of the results of the treatment of 227 patients with repeated dislocation of the shoulder being operated in different methods. The frequency of relapses of repeated dislocation of the shoulder fluctuated from 6,14% to 28,57% in connection with the absence of the complete restoration of bursa ligamentous apparatus of the shoulder joint. The after-effects in the form of limitation of the joint movements depended upon the underestimation of the biomechanics of the movement in the shoulder joint.
