Research subjects: vineyards planted to Econo-mically important grape cultivars.Research objectives: Search for farming techniques and organizational measures aimed at reduced costs of vine cultivation and increased grape production in the Crimea. Methods: conventional methods applied in viticulture. Theoretical and practical results: Determination of non-traditional farming techniques resulting in reduced costs of vine cultivation and increased grape production. Development of a number of measures already employed by the state farm «Zavetnoe» with a profit of 540000 hrn per year, which enabled it to overcome its critical situation. Novelty of introduced: Determination of farming techniques resulting in reduced costs of vine cultivation and improved profitability of grape production in the Crimea without additional capital investments.
