Research subjects: Different version of grafting for table grape cultivars Research objectives: Determination of optimum parameters of a new grafting technique for vine through bench budding via bandaging by means of polyethylene film. Methods: Conventional methods applied in viticulture. Theoretical and practical results: Development of a new grafting technique for vine through bench bud- ding resulting in yield of young plants 15 per cent higher compared to other grafting techniques. Obten- tion of 20000 grafted young plants already planted in the vine yards. Novelty of introduced: Bench budding of woody cuttings via bandaging by means of polyethylene film as water-insulation material. Determination of optimum parameters of the process. Implementation degree: The grafting technique deve- loped already employed by the state farm «Plodovoie» on a scale of 10 ha Effectiveness: Yield of quality young plants 10-15 per cent higher ( depending on cultivar) compared to conventional grafting techinques.
