85 patients with congenital dislocation of hip; 160 including mouse. Aim - to verify the conceptsl about postreduction hyperpressure syndrome (PHS) hip joint in cases of congenital dislocations (on the basis of details obtained from experimental investigations with clinical examinations, Radio-morphological charactors of hip joint development in children), which givs information, about its practicle undrastanding and diagnostic work-outs and prognostie criterias. Methods: conceptional and experimental modification, clinical, radiological and morphological investigations. It is concludet thet independent de-volopment of femur and acetabulum in shape and volume leads to incompatibility and devolopment of soft tissue. In such situations if reduction is fallowed it leads to PHS. On the basis of diagnostic and prognostic criterias new principles of managment techniques are planned. The formulated investigations are used in Kharkov's Scientific Research Institute of Orthopaedics and Traumatology named after M.I.Sitenko and Traumatology, and in the department of pae diatric orthopaedics of Kharkov Regional hospital of clinical traumatology.
