Essay

In this dissertation has solved ring of the problems constrained with using of adaptive coding of the channel - from the methodic of choosing block code parameter's optimal by criteria of minimum of the error's uncorrection probability to the evaluation methodic of hindrance stability and energetic profit of the block coding and building algorithm of the functioning of the telecommunication system with adaptive coding based on the proposed in this work statistical control procedure of the digital telecommunication channel. Mentioned methodics are based on the analysis by statistical methods, free from the distribution, of the error's stream on the outlet of the real digital telecommunication channel with unknown a priory distribution. As a base of the statistical control procedure used discrete Poisson model of the error's stream on the outlet of the digital telecommunication channel. By this model performed analytical research of the all of methodics mentioned above. The results of analytical calculat ions are confirmed by the results of the simulation modeling
