Zozulya V. Automation of process of agricultural machinery cylinder liners restoring

The object of study is a process of recovering the cartridge cases of cylinders by the method of thermoplastic deforming. The aim of the study is increasing of efficiency of technological process of recovering the cartridge cases of cylinders by automatic control system development. Studies are based on the theory of thermoelasticity of deformed hard body, methods of end elements, mathematical statistics, theories of automatic control, were used modern measuring instruments and PC. Motivated the control law of process of recovering the cartridge cases of cylinders by the method of thermoplastic deforming, the parameter determination technique of the law of control for different cylinder liners is developed, designed the system of autocontrolling by the technological process. The system of autocontrolling by the process of recovering the cartridge cases of cylinders is introduced on small business "Vidnovluvach" (The Cherkass Region), on the research-and-production company "Krock" (Kiev).The scope of us ing the studies is an automation of technological processes with using a thermoplastic deforming a metal.
