Essay

Problems of the nonsmooth optimal control of bunch of trajectories are considered. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the problems of the optimal control of bunch of trajectories and matrix differential equations at functionals such as maximum with respect to initial conditions, maximum with respect to independent variable are obtained. Optimization of the estimate in the problems of the practical stability is fulfilled. On the basis of obtained theoretical results corresponding algorithms are built. The elaborated methods are applied for modeling of optimal dynamics of charge beams.
