Essay

The Boron and Boroncromium containing coverings intended for wear-resistance and corrosion stability of friction knots details were developed alongside with laser forming technologies in alloying and thermal cycling regimes. The technological parameters of laser alloying, melting and thermocycling were developed using analytical and experimental complex. It is possible to obtain Boron containing coverings with certain phase content, structure and service properties. The Boron containing coverings developed can be used for increased wear-resistance at high temperatures and corrosion stability combining details manufacturing. It gives the possibility to 1,5 - 5,0 times exploitation terms increasing in real conditions.
