Krot V. Organization-economical mechanism of labour protection management in the industrial region

Object of research: industrial enterprises industrial branches of the Donetsk region. Purpose of research: development of theoretical principles of the region management of labour protection and scientific methodological recommendation on its impr ovement. Methods of research and tools: a complex approach methods of logical, economic and sociological analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical basis for labour protection management in the region has been elaborated; the notion and essence of the regional management of labour protection, its goal, principles and main direction have been defined; legislative and normative jural provision of the regional management of labour protection has been evaluated; the directions of use of in ternational experience in management of labour protection have been defined; the state of labour conditions and labour protection in the Donetsk region has been analyzed and its influence on workers' health as well; the reasons of inefficient management of lab our protection in an industrial region have been identified; the proposals for improvement of legislation on labour protection have been worked out; normative and legal provision of labour protection management and safe live in an industrial region has been carried out; the methodological recommendations on planning and treatment regulation of labour protection have been elaborated; the methodological statements to encourage labour protection at the enterprise have been worked out.
