Maslij O. The background ionic effect on the response of the anion selective membrane electrodes

Anion selective membrane electrodes, activity coefficients, selectivity coefficients, the possibilities of simultaneous determination of two anions with low selective electrode. The aim - quantitative description of ionic interference's on the ISE response and the development of metrological foundation of potentiometric determination of anions (NO3-, BF4-, ClO4-, dodecyl sulfate). Methods: potentiometry, chemical analysis, mathematical statistics. The quantitative characteristics of ionic media effect on the response ISE was found. For the first time the equations for the anionic activity coefficient calculation and anionic activity scales are proposed. For the first time it was suggested the criterions of electrode choice for multi-electrode systems. The characteristics of possibilities of simultaneous determination of two components (concentration ranges, standard deviation) were generalised. The results are significance by chemometric of potentiometry and can be used for ISE measurement range expans ion and precision increase. The area of utility of the results: the scientific investigation, the chemical analysis practice, the education.
