The dissertation is devoted to the complex therapy of seasonal allergic rhinitis of the children with the inclusion of specific immunotherapy and the graduate application of medical preparation depending on the depth of the disease. Offered therapeutical algorithm which ensures high efficiency treatment (86.2%). At 69.8% of children in period of a peaking it was possible to achieve positive result, using antihistamine preparations of a new generation - loratadin and azelastine-hydrochloride localy and per-os as monotherapy or in combination with other preparations. Patients with hardly expression or diverse symptoms the therapy needed to be combinational.
