Essay

It is devoted to design and manufacturing complex-profile technological day-moulds (by means of an example of moulds for plastic - material). A new direction of plasma-shell spraying is elaborated which is based on the use of organic models. It is established that a special heat treatment direct by plasma-shell spraying process is provided to manufacture endless thick Cu-Al-Fe- alloys shells with high-quality operating characteristics. The constructive and technological parameters of equipment and processes are proposed, the high effectiveness of them is stated by using of theoretical investigations and reinforced by illustrative examples. The results of the work have found an industrial utility in introducing of these types of equipment and technology.
