Molochek N. The peculiarities of neiroendocrine regultion in childern with vegetative dysfunction.

Were studed peculiarites of vegetative homeostasis and endocrine system in children with different clinical forms of vegetative dysfunctions. Were finded that children with vegetative dysfunctions has significant changes of vegetative homeostasis. These changes were dependented from functional degree of autonomic nervous system and determined peculiarites of different clinical forms of vegetative disturbances. At the first time were finded the changes of latency and amplitude of Sympatic Skin Response (SSR) in majority of children with vegetative dysfunctions. The lessening of latency, increase of amplitude and asymmetry are most peculiar. At the first time were wrote-up the changes of SSR of different forms of vegetative dysfunction. Were ascertained peculiarites of vegetative and hormonal homeostasis in children with different clinical forms of vegetative dysfunctions and children from Chernobyl's zone. The rate of coefficient of plural co rrelation and degree of interconnection between parametres of neiroendocrine system and character of entropy were dependent on clinical form of vegetative dysfunction. Using of cardiointervalography, SSR and evaluation of hormonal homeostasis give possibility to improve of diagnostic of vegetative dysfunctions, differentiate clinical forms and carry out on purposive treatment in children
