The dissertation in devoted to investigation of middle-weight molecules and lipid peroxidation in blood of patients with acute disorders of cerebral circulation to reveal and diagnostic and prognostic criteria. Biochemical parameters dependence on the character of brain stroke, severity and period after outset of the disease is revealed. It is established that increased figures of polymorphousnucleous leukocytes are connected with stimulation of lipid peroxidation processes.
