Essay

The 19 scientific articles are defended that contain the results of investigations of a nonstationary passivation of Niobium in conditions of a convective diffusion. It was established that the ratioes between the speeds of a concurance stages at a mass transfer influe to the stability of stationary or nonstationary passivation state of an electrode as far as Niobium-solution. The schema of some electrode reactions and the kinetic model of a Niobium surface state was proposed for a Niobium polarized as an anode within a chemical system HF-H2SO4-H2O being in conditions of a convective diffusion. The voltamperometric metods has been developed to control and to estimate the capability of the electrode to pass itself into a nonstationary passivation state. There are some practical recomendations to operate the state of the electrode polarized by a potentiostatic or impulsive regimes. The news metodes has been developed to estimate an electropolishing effectivity for niobium and other metals, those do without a shemical analysis of the solution's composition by the components. The results was approbated at the electrochemical polishing of the niobium multicelled section structure for the accelerator of elementary particles.
