Object of research: three-compound halcogenides thin films containing the alkali metal. Purpose of research: the investigation of the structure and properties of films after condensation and during the contact with gas phase. Methods of research: laser mass-spectrometry, TEM, thermodesorbtion, SIMS and other. Results, novelty: the amorphous films of new materials were obtained. The cluster model of glass described their structure. The main role of gas adsorption kinetic in the oxide layer was established.. Applying fields: the nitrogen oxide detecting in the atmosphere.
