Determination principal thesis of management by current assets (CA) and objects for invest of temporarily of free money resources (TFMR) at the enterprises of motor transport (MT). The technique of operative management by CA for the enterprises of MT is developed. It provides the complex approach to their management. Preposed: index of efficacy for operative management by CA and index of short term financal investion profit deviation, it use for replenish cashoptimising cash reserve. The model for choice of optimum invest variant for using TFMR is developed. The technique recommendations for realize operative management by CA at the enterprises of MT are developed. The principal results of this research have been introduced to the motor enterprise of Kyiv.
